Dr. Rogers Kinoti M’Ariba is an accomplished Economist, Accountant, Corporate Secretary, investment practitioner, and consultant. He holds a PhD in Finance from JKUAT, a  Master of Arts (Economics), and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) – First Class Honours from the University of Nairobi. Professionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA (K)), Certified Public Secretary (CPS (K)), and Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (FA). He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA), and the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS).
Dr. Kinoti is a Non-Executive Independent Director of CIC Insurance Group. He also served as the independent Chairman of the Teachers Service Commission Audit Committee from 2017 to 2023. He has served in various committees of professional institutes including the Finance and Strategy Committee of ICS and the Regulations, Standards and Research Committee of ICIFA.
Before joining RU in 2014, Dr. Kinoti spent over 13 years in the corporate world serving in various organizations including Kenya Reinsurance Corporation, LAPTRUST (Now CPF), Sanlam Investments, and ICEALion asset management.
