Phanice Bushuru A. Sandrizi is a PhD Candidate of Business Administration (Finance concentration) at Daystar University. Worked as a lecturer for the last 14 years with various universities (Presbyterian University of East Africa and Daystar University) in accounting, auditing, finance and Intellectual property rights (IPRs).
She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (ICIFA), Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK) and a subject matter expert with Kenya Accountancy and Secretaries Examination Board (KASNEB) in Finance and Accounting. She sits on the Board of Transformational Leadership in Africa Inc. chairing the finance committee and sits in the University of Kigali Governing council, chairing Finance, Strategy & Institution Advancement Committee. A member of Riara University Institutional Working Group (RU-IWG) that is working in collaboration with Kenya National Innovation Agency (Kenia) and British Council in developing and implementing Master Plan in research and commercialization. Successfully moderated startups pitch Kenya innovation week 2023 Common Wealth edition.
She served as a consultant with University of Northampton, UK for 4 years, Diamond Trust Bank Limited, a member of finance committee-Academy of International Business (AIB), Africa Chapter.
